In this hands-on course students will continue to expand upon the concepts of Foods 1. Increased emphasis is placed on food presentation and styling (garnishing), creative food preparation, menu planning and costing, the effects of making informed management decisions, cultural and regional influences on food trends, and careers related to foods and nutrition.
